Hedgehogs Dilemma

Hedgehogs Dilemma is an alternative universe of my project "Anarchy Prism", even though its an alternate universe its actually the original idea. Its basically the birth of Gizmo Atoms

Gizmo originally started as my mary sue sonic self insert from middle school that i shipped with shadow.

Gizmo came from a place of irony because for some fucking reason i made a promise in the pandemic that i would join every cringe fandom, which eventually leaves me with sonic....

Gizmo is a genderless hacker cat-girl whos a hardcore otaku, and is BFFs with a robot their father left them before he died. (totally didnt steal that from peni parker)

My main inspirations were mary sues, Sailor moon, sakura card-captor and Evangelion

I REALLY liked evangelions symbolism but thought that religious trauma was overused and lame (not in evangelion that shit was yummers). So i went with the esoteric route instead. The more i investigated about alchemy and the kaballah i realized its oddly fitting with Gizmos backstory and journey.

I eventually went into a rabbithole and ended up in the philosophy restroom line. Gizmo as a mary sue was a parody of Adam Kadmon, a supposedly primordial being of light created in gods image that was ALSO a hermaphrodyte n at the same time genderless. Since mary sues are generally really powerful to the point its annoying it was a wonderful way of making Gizmo overpowered and still interesting.

Gizmos and Shadows dynamic was based on the fact they both represented the philosophy of the "primordial man".

Shadow being the UBERMENSCH

And Gizmo as ADAM KADMON

In alchemy it is said that the philosophers stone equals eternal life, an aspect that reflects shadows story of being created by the government as a weapon and a way to get immortality.

Gizmos power on the other hand was a product of their fathers madness after his wifes death, trying to revive Gizmos Mother. (basically furry sailor moon evangelion)

I do have the whole story...but im not showing it since it would spoila majority of Anarchy prism even though theres no shadow and gizmo romance.

the way i distinguish Gizmo and Hedgehogs dilemma Gizmo is the artstyle and name, I to Hedgehogs dilemma Gizmo as "schrodingers Cat", its kind of like mclovin in a way.
